Doing Our Soul Work in Ritual Encounters with Earth
Creating and sustaining a sacred ritual interaction with Earth within which we tend to our own souls and by extension the world-soul, is critical to the process of becoming fully individuated, illuminated, loving and enlightened human beings.
That is, coming into being as people who live a life, no matter how ordinary or simple, that is relevant, and imbued with significance. As people who experience themselves and life deeply, fervently, and courageously. People who choose to embrace the paradox, pain, and beauty. Who choose to stand strong and steady in the face the confusion, and the chaos, while embracing the tender sweetness of loving. People who open to life in all of its mystery, and melancholy, its birthing and its dying, and who, in every circumstance, constantly source and re-source the infinity of love, grace and wisdom stored within the very soul of who we are, and within the sacred heart of Earth in her-Self.
This is the sacred dance, the real nature of the quest, and the true content of the Holy Grail.
A ritual approach to the daily acknowledgements of the archetypal or numinous presence in all living things involves first a Self-reflection of the living Grace within ourselves; an opening of the human soul into the world soul.
